“Knowledge and understanding on what China is doing in the field of technology and national security is still lacking, so it is imperative that the new generations of analysts and scholars are well trained and encouraged to engage in original research and thinking because China, during the course of their future careers, is going to be very different from the present and past.”
Sinosphere is a student-run research journal affiliated with the 21st Century China Center at the UC San Diego, School of Global Policy and Strategy. Our publication focuses on original graduate student research on Chinese domestic policy, national security, and foreign affairs in order to improve graduate student participation on these important topics.
The Journal is an annual publication, which accepts quantitative or qualitative research from graduate students at member or affiliated institutions of the Association of Professional Schools of International Affairs (APSIA). Papers are reviewed by the editorial staff and a faculty review board using a blind process. The submissions window is open October 1st to January 31st each year.
If you are interested in submitting your paper, please follow the instructions under the submissions page. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
