Join internationally renowned experts Dean of UC Berkeley School of Law Erwin Chemerinsky, Executive Director of Berkeley Center for Law & Technology James Dempsey, and Chair of the 21st Century China Center Susan Shirk for an insightful discussion of the controversial executive orders regarding WeChat and TikTok, from the perspectives of constitutional law, data privacy, cybersecurity and the U.S.-China competition for technological dominance.
