Continuity and Innovation in Traditional Chinese Painting

As part of Chinese Art Week, four prominent artists from China and Taiwan will share their artistic journeys, followed by a live demonstration of creating Chinese paintings. UC San Diego art historian and professor Kuiyi Shen will provide short commentaries and moderate a discussion.

Location: The Faculty Club Atkinson Pavilion. Limited parking spots marked “Chinese Art Week Panel” are available at the Faculty Club lot for seniors and others who need closer access. Due to campus construction, we recommend others to park at Pangea Parking Structure. The walkover is approximately 8-10 min.
